Dear Customer:
I am George, inventor of the OrbitBrush. Long story short, I recently contracted with an infomercial company to market my product and after running a few commercials they have decided to simply drop my product. They are not fulfilling orders and I have been told no customers have been charged. However, they have informed me they are not going to tell me who has placed orders. I just got my domain back from them and am now working through the complaints. As soon as I get my inventory back (hopefully a matter of days), I will contact everyone who has emailed or called us about their recent order status. I will not process your order or charge your credit card until I have contacted you again.
